The Challenge : The client already had a lead generation process in place, and their internal team was consistently generating leads. However, the overall performance remained below expectations. Their outreach campaigns produced very low reply rates, resulting in only a few sales meetings and a limited number of closed deals each month.
After reviewing their process, I found that the main issue wasn't the outreach itself—it was the targeting. Their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) was too broad and lacked the depth needed to consistently reach high-intent prospects.
To solve this, I first refined their ICP by identifying the most relevant industries, company sizes, decision-makers, and buying signals.
